mo.Blaze DISC by motogadget a handlebar end indicator in the trend-setting design

The mo.Blaze DISC is the indicator lamp of the newest generation.
Characteristic feature of the LED indicator is the transparent light disk on a compact aluminum base, which harmoniously ends with the handlebar end.

Our now third indicator, which uses the new TranzLight technology (TLT, patent pending). This progressive development approach is not limited to the simple miniaturization of turn signal housings, but also shapes the light directly via a crystal-like plastic body. Only precise optical CAD calculations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes enable this innovative design and its function.

The light flux required for the TranzLight principle is generated by the intensiLED process developed by motogadget and consists of three important components:
– specially selected high-performance LEDs with maximum efficiency and a total power of 7W with a service life of more than 50.000 h
– a 330kHz clocked, IC controlled constant current control
– a special collimator optic, which couples the light of the LED precisely into the plastic body.

The discreet aluminium housing serves only for the stable attachment of the glass body as well as the integration of control electronics and high-end LEDs.
Of course the housing is CNC-manufactured, black anodized or highly polished and finely inscribed by laser.
The handlebar end indicator is very flat and appears neutral and inconspicuous through the transparent disc. The mo.Blaze DISC has an E-sign and is tested and approved as a front indicator.

The flasher can be operated like any other LED flasher with load resistors or any of our load independent flasher relays (mo.Flash, mo.Wave, mo.Stop, mo.Relais+).

Scope of supply:
Single handlebar end flasher mo.Blaze DISC with clamp for steel and aluminium handlebars (22 mm and 1 inch) with an inside diameter from 14 mm to 21 mm, connection cable with approx. 100 cmo.
